We provide Enterprise-tier customers with an App Store that lets them add more functionality to their app dashboard. These include a bug tracker, team chat, kanban boards, and more. We're continuously launching more products on the App Store to deliver more value to our customers.
Hatch Apps will help you automatically set up your cloud services: servers, database, code hosting, frameworks, and more. These are built to enterprise-grade industry quality. From there, you'll need to add your software development team under the "Team" tab to work on customizations of your specific app.
You can upgrade your subscription tier automatically on the product. Click on account "Settings". Then click on "Billing" and then the blue "Upgrade" button. The product will walk you through what upgrading entails.
You can cancel at any time. We believe that our product should add recurring value to your organization or you shouldn't pay for it. To cancel your subscription click on account "Settings". No. We do not view or sell your app data. We keep the lights on with our subscription plans above. We do track general analytics of how users interact with our platform to continuously make it better.
